Super League supports the fight against children's cancer

Super League supports the work of the associations "Floga" and "Lampsi", by dedicating the 23rd matchday (February 25-26, 2012) to the fight against children's cancer. On the occasion of the International Childhood Cancer day, Super League president Mr Apostolos Papoutsakis stated: "Super League aims at raising the awareness and informing the fans regarding a social issue pertaining to children. By using football's potential, we send through the stadia a message of hope and support to all these people fighting for children's future, especially now that our country toils through the financial crisis. By supporting "Floga" and "Lampsi" associations, we send out a positive message of humanity and solidarity and call all supporters to support the work of the Associations of Parents of Children with Neoplasmatic Disease.
